Edinburgh is a popular destination with plenty of accommodation options. However, given this popularity, it is typically worth booking accommodation early.
The conference venue is located in an area close to many hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs. It is also relatively close to the central parts of the city. It is possible to walk, but there are also regular buses and taxis. The venue is also close to the area where visitors to the Institute for Astronomy (IfA), located at the Royal Observatory, would typically stay.
